Herbert Lom (češki izgovor: [ɦɛrbɛrd lom]; 11. septembar 1917 – 27. septembar 2012^[2]) bio je britanski filmski i televizijski glumac rodom iz današnje Češke, najpoznatiji po karakternim ulogama negativaca na početku, i ličnosti od autoriteta u kasnijem dijelu karijere. Najpoznatija mu je uloga glavnog inspektora Charlesa Dreyfusa u seriji filmova Pink Panther.
