Laktaza (EC 3.2.1.108, laktaza-florizinska hidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom laktoza galaktohidrolaza.[1][2][3][4][5][6] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

laktoza + H2O {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } D-galaktoza + D-glukoza

Enzim iz intestinalne sluznice je izolovan kao kompleks koji takođe katalizuje reakciju enzima EC 3.2.1.62, glikozilkeramidaza.
