Lou Gramm (rođen kao Louis Andrew Grammatico, 2. maj 1950) je američki pjevač. Najveći uspjeh je ostvario između 1976. i 2005. godine u rock'n'roll grupi Foreigner.[1]

Od 1971. Lou Gramm je oformio svoj prvi bend koji se zvao Poor Heart. Taj bend nije mnogo trajao, ali su izdali mnogo albuma. Godine 1976. Mick Jones ga je pozvao na audiciju za vokal u njegovom novom bendu. Mick Jones je do tada bio u bendu koji se zvao Spooky Tooth.

Grupa je izdala osam studijskih albuma i dva živa albuma, kao i mnoge kompilacije.

Godine 1997. Lou Gramm je obolio (bolest mozga), te je prestao pjevati. Godine 2005. oformio je svoj bend, dok je u Foreigneru novi vokalista postao Kelly Hanson. [2][3]
