Malcolm McDowell (rođen kao Malcolm John Taylor; 13. jun 1943) je engleski glumac. Nakon što je pažnju privukao ulogom mladog buntovnika u filmu if...., a potom sociopatskog protagonista u filmu A Clockwork Orange, specijalizirao se za uloge demonskih negativaca od kojih se ističu one u filmu Caligula i Star Trek Generations.

McDowell je među fanovima Zvjezdanih staza poznat kao "čovjek koji je ubio kapetana Kirka" u filmu Star Trek Generations iz 1994. godine, gdje je tumačio poludjelog naučnika dr. Toliana Sorana.
