Mystery Disc kompilacijski je album američkog glazbenika Franka Zappe, koji izlazi posthumno u rujnu 1998.g. Na albumu se nalaze skladbe koje su u originalnom izdanju izašle na Old Masters box setovima iz 1985. i 1987. (Ovi box setovi sadrže skraćene Zappine albume Freak Out! (1966.) i Zoot Allures (1976.), najprije kao 'Mystery Disc', a potom kao box set 1 i 2. Na CD-u su izostavljene dvije skladbe koje se nalaze na box setu, "Why Don'tcha Do Me Right?" i "Big Leg Emma", obje se mogu naći na CD verziji albuma Absolutely Free (1967.)

Snimke koje su zapisane na Mystery Discu dolaze iz Zappine rane karijere koje su napravljene između 1962. i 1969. Materijal se isprepliće sa albumima You Can't Do That on Stage Anymore, Vol. 5 (1992.), Ahead of Their Time (1993.) i The Lost Episodes (1996.) Nekoliko ranije izdanih skladbi, "I Was a Teen-Age Malt Shop", "The Birth of Captain Beefheart" i "Metal Man Has Won His Wings", sve su snimljene 1964. i na njima glavni vokal izvodi Captain Beefheart.
