Regulator G-proteinske signalizacije 13 je protein koji je kod ljudi kodiran RGS13 genom.[1][2]

RGS 13 je član R4 potfamilije RGS (Regualtori G proteinske signalizacije) proteina koji imaju kratke peptidne sekvence pored RGS domena. RGS 13 supresuje imunoglobulinom E- posredovane alergijske response.[3]
