Spermidin sintaza (EC 2.5.1.16, aminopropiltransferaza, putrescinska aminopropiltransferaza, spermidinska sintetaza, SpeE) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozilmetioninamin:putrescin 3-aminopropiltransferaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

S-adenozilmetioninamin + putrescin {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } 5'-S-metil-5'-tioadenozin + spermidin

Ovaj enzim nije identičan sa EC 2.5.1.22, sperminskom sintazom. Enzim sisara je visoko specifičan, dok bakterijski enzim može da koristi druge akceptore i može da sintetizuje spermin.
