Wonder Woman (sh. Čudesna žena) je američki science fiction pustolovni film snimljen 2017. godine u režiji Patty Jenkins. Predstavlja adaptaciju istoimenog stripa, odnosno četvrti dio ciklusa filmova o superherojima DC Extended Universe. Naslovna protagonistica, čiji lik tumači Gal Gadot, je Diana, amazonska princeza. Radnja se događa pred kraj Prvog svjetskog rata i prikazuje kako sticajem okolnosti napušta sakriveni otok Themyscira kako bi pokušala spriječiti njemačkog generala Ericha von Ludendorffa (čiji lik tumači Danny Huston) da predstojeći poraz preduhitri korištenjem apokaliptičnog tajnog oružja. Wonder Woman je postigao izuzetan uspjeh ne samo kod publike, nego i kod kritike, a što je prvi takav slučaj u historiji ciklusa DC Extended Universe. To se često tumači ne samo njegovom izuzetnom kvalitetom, nego i time da je bio prvi visokobudžetni superherojski film čiji je protagonist žena, a zbog čega je stekao posebnu naklonost feminističkih krugova.

Radnja

Nakon što se pojavila u filmu Betmen protiv Supermena: Zora pravednika, superjunakinja Čudesna žena (Gal Gadot) dobila je svoj film. Pre nego je postala Čudesna žena, bila je Dajana, princeza Amazonki, obučena da bude nepobediva ratnica. Odrasla je na zaštićenom rajskom ostrvu Temiskira, na kojem žive samo žene. Akcija kreće kada se američki pilot (Kris Pajn) sruši na njihovu obalu i ispriča priču o masivnom sukobu u spoljnom svetu. Dajana tada napušta svoj dom, uverena kako može zaustaviti sukob. U borbi protiv muškaraca, Dajana će otkriti svoju najveću snagu i svoju sudbinu.
