Bopomofo (Çince: 注音符號; pinyin: zhùyīnfúhào) veya zhuyin, Mandarin Çincesi ile diğer ilgili diller ve lehçeler için kullanılan bir harf çeviri sistemidir. Sistem, günümüzde en yaygın olarak Tayvan Mandarincesinde kullanılmakta olup ayrıca, diğer Çince lehçeleri, özellikle Mandarin Çincesi lehçelerinin diğer çeşitlerini ve Tayvan Hokkiencesi kopyalamak için kullanılır. 37 karakter ve dört ton işaretinden oluşan, olası tüm sesleri Mandarince kopyalar.
Bopomofo, ilk olarak 1910'larda Beiyang hükûmeti tarafından tanıtıldı ve değiştirilmiş bir Latin alfabesi kullanan Wade-Giles sistemi ile birlikte kullanıldı. Bopomofo, Tayvan'da Mandarin Çincesi için ana elektronik giriş yöntemi olarak ve sözlüklerde ve diğer belgelerde yaygın olarak kullanılan resmi bir harf çevirisi sistemidir.
