Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence (Japonca: イノセンス Inosensu), Mamoru Oshii'nin yönetmenliğini yaptığı ve senaryosunu yazdığı 2004 yapımı bir Japon cyberpunk anime filmidir. Film, 1995'teki Ghost in the Shell filminin devamı olup Production I.G ve Studio Ghibli tarafından hazırlandı ve Toho tarafından dağıtıldı. Film, 6 Mart 2004 tarihinde Japonya'da ve 17 Eylül 2004 tarihinde Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde gösterime girdi.

Masamune Shirow'un mangasına gevşek bir şekilde bağlanan bir hikâye ile film 2004 Nihon SF Taisho Ödülleri'nde en iyi bilimkurgu filmi ödülünü kazandı ve 2004 Cannes Film Festivali'nde yarıştı. Filmin müzikleri Innocence O.S.T adı altında yayınlandı ve Ghost in the Shell: Innocence - After the Long Goodbye adlı ilgili bir roman 29 Şubat 2004'te tarihinde yayınlandı. Bu film, Gelecek Arifesi gibi diğer ünlü eserlere birçok ima ve referans vermektedir.
