Glow in the Dark Tour'da geçici olarak klavye çalmaya başlayan Bhasker, kısa süre sonra West'in müzik direktörü oldu ve 808s & Heartbreak (2008), My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy (2010) ve Watch the Throne (2011) albümlerinin prodüktörleri arasında yer aldı.[5] Jay-Z ve West'in ortak çalışması "Run This Town" ve West'in "All of the Lights"ı ile En İyi Rap Şarkısı dalında birer Grammy kazandı.[6]
Alicia Keys'in The Element of Freedom (2009), Natalia Kills'in Perfectionist (2011), Beyoncé'nin 4 (2011) ve Lana Del Rey'in Born to Die (2012) albümlerinde söz yazarı ve prodüktör olarak görev aldı. Ayrıca Bruno Mars, Kid Cudi, Pink, Eminem ve Rihanna gibi isimlerin projelerinde yer aldı. Fun'ın Some Nights (2012), Natalia Kills'in Trouble (2013) ve Nate Ruess'un Grand Romantic (2015) albümlerinin prodüktörlüğünü üstlendi. Yapımcıları arasında olduğu Mark Ronson'ın Uptown Special (2014) albümüyle iki dalda Grammy kazandı.[7][8] Son olarak Harry Styles'ın aynı adlı ilk albümünün (2017) yapımcılığını üstlendi.
