布克爾·T與M.G.'s樂隊（英語：Booker T. & the M.G.'s）是影響並塑造了南方靈魂樂（英语：Southern soul）與孟菲斯靈魂樂（英语：Memphis soul）風格的節奏藍調/放克器樂搖滾樂團。樂團的原成員為布克爾·T·瓊斯（英语：Booker T. Jones）（電子管風琴、鋼琴）、史蒂夫·克羅帕（英语：Steve Cropper）（吉他）、路易·斯坦伯格（英语：Lewie Steinberg）（貝斯）和小艾爾·傑克森（英语：Al Jackson, Jr.）（爵士鼓）。在1960年代，作為Stax唱片（英语：Stax Records）的錄音室樂團，他們參與了威爾森·皮克特（英语：Wilson Pickett）、奧蒂斯·雷丁、比爾·威瑟斯、山姆與戴夫、卡拉·湯瑪斯（英语：Carla Thomas）、魯弗斯·湯瑪斯（英语：Rufus Thomas）、強尼·泰勒（英语：Johnnie Taylor）、艾爾伯特·金等音樂人的上百首作品。他們也以自己的名義發布作品，其中最著名的便是1962年的熱門單曲〈Green Onions（英语：Green Onions）〉。[1]身為一手創造Stax唱片獨特聲音的樂團，他們在當時最多產、最受崇敬和模仿的樂團之一。[2][3]
斯坦伯格在1965由「鴨子」唐納德·鄧恩（英语：Donald "Duck" Dunn）取代，後者與樂團一起表演與錄製作品，直到2012年去世。傑克森則在1975年被謀殺，之後樂團先後替換了許多鼓手，包括威利·霍爾（英语：Willie Hall (drummer)）、安東·菲格（英语：Anton Fig）、史蒂夫·喬丹（英语：Steve Jordan (musician)）和現任的史蒂夫·帕茲。[2]
樂團於1992年入選搖滾名人堂、2008年被引入田納西州納什維爾的音樂家名人堂和博物館（英语：Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum）、和2012年入選孟菲斯音樂名人堂（英语：Memphis Music Hall of Fame）。[4]
在1960年代，靈魂樂與孟菲斯音樂界被認為是黑人文化（英语：African-American culture）中最為保守的，而當時布克爾·T與M.G.'s樂隊因為先後擁有3名白人成員（斯坦伯格、克羅帕、鄧恩）而成為第一個種族融合（英语：Racial integration）的搖滾樂團。[5]
