UiPath是一家开发机器人流程自动化（RPA或RPAAI）平台的全球软件公司，由罗马尼亚企业家Daniel Dines和Marius Tirca于2005年创立[1]。

2018年，在公司评价网站Comparably对美国公司的评比中，UiPath在员工幸福程度项目获评第6位[2]，在公司文化项目获评第11位[3]。UiPath在2018年11月宣布进军中国市场。

历史

该公司最初于2005年建立于罗马尼亚首都布加勒斯特，后来在伦敦、纽约、班加罗尔、新加坡和东京开设了办事处。[4][5]2017年，公司员工数达到590人，并将其总部从罗马尼亚的布加勒斯特迁至纽约，以此来接近他们的国际客户，他们的国际客户在2016年有100家，在2017年增加到700家[6]，而2018年则增加到2,100家[7]。

UiPath在2018年11月宣布进军中国市场，在已有的北京之外，在上海和深圳设立办公室，并在2019年在中国建立研发团队。[8]

2021年3月26日，UiPath向SEC提交了申请，计划通过首次公开募股（IPO）筹集至多10亿美元。2021年4月21日，UiPath IPO上市登录纽交所，发行价56美元，发行2130万股，募资11.928亿美元。 Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, BofA Securities, Credit Suisse, Barclays and Wells Fargo Securities承销。[9]

UiPath初始种子募资发生于2015年8月，当时获得了160万美元的资金[10]。其A轮募资发生于2017年，是当时欧洲规模最大的A轮融资之一[10]。而截至2019年4月已经经历了5轮募资，当前公司的资产估值为70亿美元。[11]
