Ashurabad (Persian: اشوراباد)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Japelaq-e Gharbi Rural District of Japelaq District, Azna County, Lorestan province, Iran.[4]
Demographics
Population
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 881 in 220 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 732 people in 233 households.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 801 people in 275 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
