Bazarjan Rural District (Persian: دهستان بازرجان) is in the Central District of Tafresh County, Markazi province, Iran.[3] Its capital is the village of Bazarjan.[4]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 3,779 in 1,275 households.[5] There were 3,540 inhabitants in 1,263 households at the following census of 2011.[6] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 3,429 in 1,313 households. The most populous of its 47 villages was Kahak, with 292 people.[2]
