Committee of the African Union
The Human Resources, Science and Technology Committee of the African Union was created to deal with the issues surrounding the development of Education, Illiteracy, Information technology, Communication, Human resources and Technology in Africa.
Commissioners
The head of the committee, called a Commissioner of the African Union, has included Nagia Essayed from 2004 to 2008, Sarah Anyang Agbor from 2017 to 2021, and Mohamed Belhocine starting in 2021.[1]
Amani Asfour was a Commissioner.[when?][citation needed]
