Checca sauce is an uncooked tomato sauce used with pasta.[1] Pasta alla checca is an Italian pasta dish using fresh, uncooked tomatoes, basil, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper, typically prepared in the summer with fresh ripe tomatoes.
